At Illuminate Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
